Apartment located on the first floor of the building (no elevator) completely renovated brand new, comfortable for two couples with maximum privacy. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Living room with kitchen and sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with induction plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, and Nespresso ® machine and Nespresso® machine. Ability to use the sofa bed for another 2 people to be agreed with the host.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
