Absolutely Great Stay!! Lovely little evening for my Partners birthday, she loved every bit of it! Gavin and Rachel went out of their way to decorate for her birthday, city is beautiful, close to the centre, all around amazing! thank you!

What a beautiful place! Just what it said on the tin! Within walking distance of everything you would want to see in York. (Maximum time about 8 minutes to popular destinations) Right opposite a Tesco express and Sainsbury’s for all those little bits you need. Chris quick to respond to texts. Would definitely recommend. Warm, comfortable, welcoming.

Can’t fault this stay. Great location within easy walking distance of the city centre on a street which we would otherwise not have discovered. Independent shops, restaurants and right above Robinson’s, the most delicious cafe with queues every morning. Accommodation and facilities as described, comfortable and clean. Will was extremely helpful and very responsive to queries. Would recommend.

I was visiting York for the first time with my partner and was swayed by this property due to the free parking and nice looking place. I am so glad I was. The space is STUNNING, much bigger than the pictures and honestly such great value for money. The hosts, David and Anita, were super friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Important highlights - The water pressure in the shower was good - The bed was super comfy - The location is perfect - The complimentary extras from the hosts were wonderful and generous I would happily say this is the best Air bnb I have stayed in. Thank you so much!
