No better place to build it. Stone, Wood, Iron, old handicrafts, and Time, Water, Sun, Salt and Wind have done the main job. I only met them.

Charming & Design House with Private Pool (8 Pax)

Enjoy the large open spaces and comforts of this house that combines Mediterranean style and contemporary luxury. The villa is located in front of the Marina di Ragusa's port. This area is nowadays considered one of the best of the whole seaside, because of its residences quality, its tranquillity all around and its wonderful views(especially at night). Even if this area is quite and calm, it is very close to the city centre and the best beaches are reachable just few minutes by walking

A silent place, where you can sleep listening to sound of sea, in the morning have a swim and soon after breakfast on your terrace watching boats passing by. This place is a little paradise where sky, stars and sea will give you a feeling of peace and relaxation. Romantic sunsets on the African side of the island are admired from private terrace. Independent villa within a residence about 1.5Km from the village and the beach. The Mediterranean garden is strong, large, exclusive and equipped with everything. Two large terraces. Kitchen and outdoor shower. You can enjoy a splendid view of Monte Cofano, Erice and the Egadi. The house is equipped with all the comforts. There are two bedrooms: a double and one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and smart TV, air conditioning, Wifi, a rocking chair and BBQ.

This is the perfect solution for a dream vacation. Facing west, a stone's throw from the sea and the small port of Scauri, with incredible views of the spectacular sunsets of the island, it also has access to the large exotic garden that collects dozens of specimens of rare beauty.
